About

I started in 2017 with my own business: I bought, deployed and ran GPU infrastructure and kept it going for three years with a small team of assistants. From 2019 I spent seven years running an international distributed operation that grew from a handful of people to 30–40 contributors. Today I build AI pipelines that take a video from research to upload with minimal manual steps.

I like building processes from scratch and then making them work without me. I write the instructions, train the first people and turn them into trainers. I track quality and workload in numbers rather than impressions, keep the books so every payment reconciles, and automate whatever repeats more than twice.

I am most useful where a team or a project has outgrown improvised management: roles are blurred, nobody sees the real numbers, and routine eats the week. I am looking for roles in operations, growth or process automation.

  1. Digital Projects & Operations Manager

    Self-Employed | Digital Ventures

    April 2026 – Present

    • Built an AI production pipeline that takes a video from research and script to voice-over, editing and scheduled upload; within three months it served dozens of channels in several languages.
    • Set priorities, brief contractors and keep project spending and technical resources under control, so several projects move in parallel without stalling.
    • Replace manual calculations and admin routine with spreadsheet tools and AI-assisted scripts, which frees hours every week for the work that matters.

  2. Operations & Project Lead

    Independent International Digital Operations

    December 2019 – April 2026

    • Grew the operation from a small group to 30–40 distributed contributors across several workstreams while keeping audit scores at 85% or higher.
    • Trained the first contributors myself, then built a train-the-trainer model, so onboarding no longer depended on me personally.
    • Designed formula-driven tracking for hours, payouts and incoming payments; delays and discrepancies became visible before they turned into problems.

  3. Founder & Operations Manager

    Bit-Planet News | Independent Technology & Media Venture

    July 2017 – October 2020

    • Launched and ran a business combining GPU infrastructure with a crypto news website and a Telegram community.
    • Handled the full cycle myself: planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance and cost control; a warranty-first purchasing rule kept repair costs off my budget.
    • Worked with suppliers and technical contractors and kept the infrastructure running for three years with a small team of assistants.
